This is a rare vintage 1994 F Warne & Co PETER RABBIT oval shaped cardboard box. It features PETER RABBIT eating carrot on lid & inside has illustrations from The Tales of Peter Rabbit.  It is in excellent condition for its age (28) - graphics are still bold, no tears.
