Extra Screw Pack, 100 Count for any Youngdale or other style Cabinet Hinge
5/8" Panhead, self threading, self tapping, use with #2 phillips screwdriver - must pre-drill to avoid splitting your cabinet frames!
Drill 7/64" hole for softer woods and possibly 1/8" pre-hole for really hard woods. Do your research and perform experiments on some scrap wood or consult with a professional before plunging into your doors and frames!!

HAND TIGHTENING ONLY - Never use screw guns or impact drills for softwood cabinets such as Pine. Use extreme caution with harder woods such as maple or oak. Once you have stripped the screw or split your frame, it's too late. This is not a job where you should hurry or rely on powertools.

The Youngdale hinge is considered the best and easiest to install concealed hinges made in America today. They are also the LONGEST LASTING and require zero maintenance or adjustments over time. These have been featured in award-winning kitchens and top quality cabinet productions from several leading manufacturers. Youngdale Hinge Company hinges are 100% made and finished in the USA since 1964.

These are an excellent alternative to European style hinges if you want a concealed hinge look without major wood cutting. New installations are much easier than European style hinges. A table saw and some moderate wood working skills are all that is required. If you are replacing existing hinges that are worn out, broken or lost, your hinge style will be stamped on the body of your hinge
