This listing is for an Antique Primitive double wall hanging Tin Candle Sconce.  It has a center bar for hanging, and on each side of the base is a hand cut duck silhouette.  The weld on one of the ducks has failed and will need to be reattached.  Protruding from each duck is a ruffled base candlestick holder.  It is a very charming piece from the 1800’s, and quite unusual.  It measures 15” wide, with the duck attached where it should be, 9” tall and protrudes 3 ½” from the wall.

Items come from a non-smoking home. Every attempt has been made to accurately describe each item.  Please review the photos carefully as they are a part of the description.

I ship most of my items that are 3 pounds or less, except for books, Priority Mail.  Books are shipped Media Mail unless otherwise requested.  Larger items, or very fragile items that require a larger box for extra packing materials, will be shipped with a choice of Parcel Select or UPS Ground.  Parcel select or UPS Ground will take a bit longer but there will be significant savings in shipping cost, which of course is passed along to you.  I will combine shipping unless I feel there is a danger of damage from many breakable items together in one box.  I wish I did, but I have no control over shipping costs.  Shipping is calculated by Ebay based on the weight of the item and the size of the box it will require.  The bigger the box the more it costs to ship. What you see for shipping costs is what it cost to ship it. I do not add handling fees or make any profit from shipping the item to you. If it turns out to be a significant difference in what you pay and what it actually cost to ship I will refund the difference.

Please do not email me if item is damaged during shipment and claim that "not a described".  It happens - items are damaged through post office and other freight carriers. I have no control - I appropriately package my items to avoid this and can't replace one of a kind items.  That is why I insure all items.

If an item arrives damaged please keep original packaging (this includes packing material and the box) which includes the tracking number and insured label which you will need.  I will require photos of all of it including the damaged item in order to file a claim with the carrier.
