Description:

Humf is a British animated children's television program featuring a "furry thing" (a cute rodent monster) called Humf. The show centres on the title character and his daily life and adventures with his friends and family.

The show, each episode of which is about 7 minutes long, is produced by King Rollo Films and Rubber Duck.  It is narrated by Caroline Quentin and it is broadcast on Nick Jr. and Nick Jr. 2 in the UK and Ireland, as well as having been shown on CBeebies (as well as different networks in other countries).

This Double Disc DVD includes the first 20 episodes of the show, with ten episodes on each disc.

Humph is a cuddly little monster who lives in an apartment in a city somewhere. There is grafitti on the outside of his building but that doesn't matter because inside is filled with family and friends. The series subtly addresses issues such a sharing and feeling left out. There are a whole host of characters with great names such as Uncle Hairy, Wallace and Loon. The theme tune is so catchy that you will find yourself humming it in the supermarket queue. Caroline Quentin narrates perfectly and with a sense of humour. When Humph comes on the TV my little boy shouts "Mummy, your favourite furry thing is on". A good excuse for a sit down with your little ones.
