Stuart O'Grady, OAM is one of Australia's most successful cyclists. He participated in five consecutive Olympic Games (1992-2008), winning a Gold Medal in the Madison in the 2004 Athens Olympics.
O'Grady was a regular participant in the Grand Tour circuit; competing in a then joint record 17 Tour de France races, winning two stages (1998 & 2004) and two TTTs (2001 & 2013). He wore the esteemed Yellow Jersey for General Classification leader in 1998 and 2001. Amongst his other major achievements, O'Grady won the Tour Down Under in Australia twice (in its inaugural year in 1999, and again in 2001). Amongst his other achievements, O'Grady won the Paris-Roubaix in 2007.

Under Ebay's new 'Managed Payments', a variety of payment methods are
accepted (please see below under 'Mail' for dispatch times regarding
this new system).
• Payment is expected at time of purchase, but if no payment has been made within TWO (2) days of purchasing, the matter will be dealt with by PayPal, and a non-bidding strike added to the buyer's account.
A note to all perspective buyers regarding dispatch times:
Ebay
are transitioning all sellers onto their so-called 'Managed Payments'
programme; whereas funds were previously available to sellers via PayPal
immediately upon payment from the buyer, Ebay now take
between 2-3 days to transfer these funds to the seller (which takes
further time to then clear into seller's accounts).
In order to reflect these unfortunate, but forced, changes by Ebay, dispatch times have been extended accordingly.
As I'm sure you can appreciate, this is entirely out of my control.
In
order to reduce inconvenience as a result of Ebay's changes, your item
will be sent by Express Registered Post (to those located within
Australia).
***The
ongoing global pandemic will result in some service disruptions to the
postal service. For international customers, this may mean suspended
services, and some potentially lengthy delays in processing your item/s.
As I'm sure you can appreciate, these matters are entirely out of my
control.
Those located outside of Australia wishing to buy this item -
or indeed any item from outside their own country - are advised to keep
updated with the local postal service, as well as the Australian postal
service, in order to ascertain what this may mean for you, and keep in
mind that the situation is dynamic.***
Certain locations outside of
Australia may be (or become) inaccessible via the regular postal
network, but in such situations I can send via FedEx (at additional cost
to the conventional postage rates).
• Item will be sent by EXPRESS REGISTERED MAIL within Australia, and the item number will be uploaded to the eBay item so that both buyer and seller can monitor its progress as it progresses through the delivery process.
• I'm happy to post WORLD-WIDE to selected countries and regions.
Postage
quoted is to Great Britain via Registered International Post (as above,
item number will be uploaded to the eBay item once the parcel is sent).
International buyers outside of the British Isles are advised to contact me PRIOR to
purchasing in order to gain a more accurate postage fee based on your
location or region. In the event that regular services to certain
locations are suspended (due to unforseen changes in the global pandemic
etc.), I can post via FedEx (but the additional charges will be borne
by the buyer).
• For international buyers... All fees, customs duties, or taxes payable at the border (if at all applicable) are the sole responsibility of the buyer to finalise, so if you aren't already aware of your country's import laws, please familiarise yourself with them prior to purchasing.
