NOS Head Gasket 948 1000 1098 MG Midget Austin Healey Sprite Mini Riley A35 A40.

Friends, I recently purchased the remaining stock from a retired BMC/BL dealer. Mixed in with the inventory was this pack of 8 NOS Halls branded (made in England) copper head gaskets that are correct for the Austin Healey Sprite 948, 1098 and MG Midget 948, 1098cc cars.

This same head gasket also fits the following;

- Austin Morris Mini 580, 997, 1000, 1098cc

- Austin A35 and A40 998, 1098cc

- Riley Elf 948 and Kestrel 1100/1098,

- Wolseley Hornet 948, 998, 1100/1098.

These Halls brand head gaskets are marked with the part number 1A694 and stamped Made in England

While these gaskets have copper oxidation present, they are still usable. In one picture, I have quickly wiped half the gasket with Tarn X tarnish remover for illustration just how easy this oxidation comes off.
