And in this case, the gem of country countdowns, "American Country Countdown with Kix Brooks" shows.  

 Kix, you may remember, was the new American Country Countdown host selected when ABC updated the show for a new generation of country music lovers and replaced Bob Kingsley who had hosted the show for over 30 years. 

 It was a big blow for Bob Kingsley lovers but he started his own distribution company and continued his countdown.  I have almost every show he has put out under his new company. If you love Bob as much as I do just go to Keith's Kollectables and check it out!

 BUT, if you also liked the new host and new updated format, then this ACC with Kix Brooks is for you!  

  It is a weekly FOUR hour FOUR CD show in immaculate  condition looking like it was never played before and in fact it was probably played the day it aired and that's it. 

 It comes with its cue sheets which are in excellent condition. 

  Now, as to the show itself.

 Each week Kix plays the top 40 of the week along with special interviews and features.  The featured artist is interviewed on three of four segments of the show and these interviews are fascinating as you get to know better the greatest stars of the day.  There are also other interviews during the shows and other features

The CD's in addition to being in new condition, are very attractive with the American Country Countdown logo across the front in color in the form of a huge guitar.  The rest of the CD has the show number, air date, and across the bottom the American Broadcasting Company logo with its slogan,  "America listens to ABC!"  

This show aired on MAY 9, 2009 AND IS SHOW #09-19.

                    Even   the commercials are neat to listen to after all these years.  This show included  General Motors, Netflix, Monroe Auto Equipment, Midas, TGI Fridays, Hormel, Movie Gallery, Husqvarna, and  more!  

It is a lot of fun after all these years hearing these commercials which most of us dreaded back in the day but now bring back memories! 

    Remember, this is the original show sent for airing.  It is NOT an unauthorized copy but the Real McCoy!!!   I personally guarantee that every radio show that I sell is the original show sent to stations. 

 Each show comes from my personal collection of over fifteen thousand radio shows of every genre. 

  Stations could use the show anytime during that weekend and then any remaining ended up available to us all to enjoy.  You are truly buying a  show that will only increase in value and I am selling them at a price very close to what I paid for it. 

   Remember that this and all the radio music shows that you see on eBay  are not just about the music - the music can be found anywhere.  It is the mixture of great music and great announcing that makes it so entertaining. 

 As well, it is a piece of radio and music  history.  You just aren't going to find these shows around very much longer as everything is now digitized and shows are no longer sent out on CD's.    Think of what they will be worth in a few years!  (IF you wanted to sell.)  I am selling to share with other music lovers what I was able to get at a reasonable price. 

 It is a great show and would be a valuable addition to your collection.
