Q: My phone is freezing/ turning off/ blinking.
A: Please do a hard reset on the phone that usually resolves all issues. If still persist please contact us and we will ship out a new battery as that could be also be the reason that it might doing that.

Please do a hard reset by holding down the volume up button plus home button and power button for a few seconds this will reboot the system and get corrected..
Q: Why there is no service or the sim is not working.
A: Please know that some carriers require that you activate the phone first in order for you to get service. Please make sure if your carrier requires that. Carriers that do require that are MetroPcs, Cricket, StraightTalk.
Q: Why the data is still not working or can't add it.
A: Some Carriers require that you add or register the imei with them or in their system in order for the APN settings to be accepted or work. Please make sure that by either calling them or going to their location.
Q: My phone is not turning on.
A: Connect the phone to the charger and hard reset the phone please see above for instruction. Please check to see if the charger is not defective.
Q: I don't see my refund.
A: If you had used a debit or credit card it can take up to 5 business days for your bank to credit your account for the refund. After this time if you still don’t see the refund please call PayPal.
Item comes with a 90-Day Limited Warranty against any hardware defects. Each item will either be exchanged or a full refund will be issued. The warranty does not cover damages caused through misuse such as exposure to water, dropping the device or buyer's remorse.
We offer 30 days return. DOA has to be reported within 5 days after the item is delivered.
There is 15% restocking charge if return is not in the same condition and for all unwanted returns. Warranty does not cover if item gets damaged physically and/or OS messed up. Return has to be clear from screen lock or Google ID lock or the return can be denied.
If it says it is unlocked then Unlocked phones can be activated with any gsm service for calls and text messages, often times to get internet data
and picture messages (mms) you have to set up apn settings that are specific to your carrier.
You do not need to set up any settings for original carrier, everything will work out of the box.
To get apn settings for your carrier please contact your carrier or search online. If it says specific carrier then it can only be activated with those carriers.
