This is a doll/ornament primitive handmade doll.  The head is clay (?).  The body is sewn and stuffed, there is a ribbon around the waist which also acts as a string for hanging...(Christmas ornament(?).  The eyes are bright blue and the lips are dark red, the face has a mature woman's appearance.  The body, face and hair are all quite dirty, but she is intact in all parts.
