Antique Linen Hemp Blend Grain Sack Tablecloth / Fabric Blue Pink Tangerine Double Striped 

Item Details

This is a fantastic vintage European loom woven grain sack tablecloth with pink, blue and tangerine stripes on a natural linen field.  It is not  pure white by any means, more of your typical natural ecru tone. The 3 stripes go along each side.
It is made of heavy linen / hemp combination and possibly cotton as well  from the early 1900's. 

The looms that made grain sacks were used for other items like this table cloth.  It was most common for the fabric

to be a help/linen combination but it is hard to know exactly.  I have washed this and it comes out beautiful!  

This fabric is quite heavy, it was used in the day for mattress covers and grain sacks, sturdy and made to last a very long time.

It can be laundered over and over again!  Very strong.
