This is a print of the Mondo Print Aladdin artwork by Matt Taylor. The original size sold by Mondo is 24 x 36 while this print is 11 x 17. This will be shipped in the frame as seen in the picture.

Unsure if this is an original due to the size difference from the original retail release but the color of the print looks good and will be shipped in its frame. I also did not see a fraction/number in the left or right bottom corner.
