Product Information
This motor rotates the rod at low speed so that epoxy paint, etc., applied on the threads wound on the guide section will cure without any unevenness. The chuck can be fixed to rods up to 38 mm in diameter simply by adjusting the thumbscrews. When using this motor, the wood base should be fixed so that it does not move, and the height should be adjusted on the receiving side so that the blanks are level. The rotation speed is 6 RPM, and the direction of rotation can be changed by turning the switch on or off, so there is no need to worry about the work space. Two types are available: 6 rpm and 9 rpm.

These motors are often used by Japanese rod builders.
