prouvant son origine génoise") – XXL illustrated album published in 1932
by "Istituto Italiano d'Arti Grafiche, Bergamo". The album contains
288 written pages (descriptions of the documents printed in French and Spanish)
+ rich iconographic materials (450 facsimiles of the original documents -
including maps & coat of arms + 2 color maps + 2 color views of the Genoa
Harbour + Columbus color portrait). The album measures 30 cm x 40 cm (9.4"
x 12.2") and it weights 5 kg.
IMPORTANT: The book was
given autographed by one of the researchers of Genoa City archive to the
Minister of Public Works in Romania on April 9, 1933 (see the second image).

1. Accounts by contemporary writers of Columbus. Diplomatic correspondence.
2. Archival documents and other evidence.
3. Autographs of Christopher Columbus and acts of himself and his descendants
