I offer a 14 day money back policy only when the item is grossly misrepresented and the buyer must pay return shipping. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received. As in all auctions, yard sales, estate sales, etc., there are no returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse. None of my items are new. If you are looking for a brand new item, then I am not the right shop for you. I sell unique, antique, and vintage items with a history.
