**eBay has introduced the new requirement to include "card condition".  However, the only options are "Near Mint or Better" or "Excellent - Visible Signs of Wear".  In my opinion, a card can be in Excellent and show no signs of wear but would not be considered "Near Mint or Better".  All conditions are opinions and can vary from person to person. Please see attached pictures of the card you wish to purchase. I will always try to point out damage or excessive wear, especially corners.  If you have any questions or concerns about the condition of a card, please contact me before purchasing.
