Sleeve and disc are very near mint. 

Obi has minor fading on the spine edge.  

OTHER DETAILS:  Japan PROMO issue official limited edition card sleeve CD complete as issued with obi. 

Rare PROMO issue CDs include a promo sticker on the back of the sleeve or back of the obi and usually some promo text around the centre rim of the CD - see scans.

Extra CDs in "free shipping" auctions can be shipped together with NO EXTRA shipping cost. For auctions with a shipping charge, additional CDs in the same parcel add $3 per disc. Base shipping cost is that for the most expensive item in the shipment.
