How to use :
1) After opening the cap of the bottled water, attach the pop cap.
(It can be combined with all water bottles, and when using water bottles with narrow openings, remove the adapter at the bottom of the cap and combine)
2) Press the tap to pop the vitamin capsule.
3) Shake well to mix water and vitamins, then pull up the tap to drink.
