Shipping Terms:
  • Same day dispatch for items purchased and paid for before 1pm on any business day, this will guarantee delivery within 2 business days.
  • Within 3 days for items purchased after 1pm, as dispatch is processed in the next working day.
  • Pallet deliveries usually within 3 working days. Please make sure someone can receive and sign for the delivery of the big items on pallet. Failing to do so will result in delivery delay and extra delivery charges may be applied for every repeated attempt.
  • Collection in person is possible from our company address within 7 days of item being purchased and during normal business hours: 9am - 5pm (Mo-Fr), and 9am - 4pm (Sat). Please contact us before collection to have your item ready upon your arrival.
  • International Shipping cost will be quoted upon request.

Pandemic disruptions may affect our parcel collection facilities which can lead to longer delivery times.

We recommend delivery of items to business address within normal business hours in order to avoid any inconvenience. Please check your item for any visual damage when delivered. If the item has visible damage upon delivery, please notify the courier before accepting the delivery and make sure you sign for the item as "Damaged". This is very important, as it affects the item's eligibility for refund later.

As soon as the item has been collected by the courier, we will provide you with the tracking number. Please wait for at least 3 days before you report any delay in delivery. If within 7 days you did not receive the item, you may then cancel the order and we will issue a full refund including shipping cost.

Returns and Refunds:

We only sell original parts dismantled by our team, and these items are thoroughly checked for quality, operation, and any possible defect before storing. They are inspected again before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged, doesn't match our description here, or is the wrong item, you can return it for a refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept a return if you changed your mind and you no longer want the item. We won't be able to issue a refund also for an item that is marked as delivered properly and no damages are shown in the comments. If we accept a return, you will receive a return shipping label from us or eBay, or you can arrange for your own shipping and we will refund you the cost, depends on why you're returning the item.
