Rare Japan PROMO issue CDs include extra promo text factory printed around the centre of the disc, plus a small promo sticker on the back of the sleeve or obi.

Shipping & handling rates -  Shipping is FREE to North America, Asia, Oceania, Russia and Europe. Rates for other regions (South America / Africa add $4 due to higher rates to these regions). 

Additional CDs in the same parcel add $3 per disc for airmail service items only.
