Rare Japan PROMO issue CDs includes extra promo text factory printed around the centre rim of the CD plus a small promo sticker on the back of the sleeve or obi. Artwork, music, inserts etc are identical to the standard releases.

Shipping & handling rates - Registered/signed-for airmail shipping with limited insurance is $8 to North America, Asia, Oceania, Europe and Russia and $14 to SOUTH AMERICA and AFRICA. 

Extra CDs in the same parcel add $3 per disc. Base shipping cost is that for the most expensive item in the shipment.
