Returns will only be accepted for DOA items. Return shipping is not reimbursed, payment will be refunded in full for all DOA items . Any item not DOA or returned otherwise will subject to a 15% restocking fee. Abuse of returns 

If the item was damaged in shipment, notify me first and save packaging. All shipments are insured  and the originator must initiate the claim process. 

Buyer has 14 Calendar days from receipt of the item to contact the seller with a DOA a or insurance claim, thereafter there is no guarantee of return.
