HAMMERED BRASS HOOK AND EYES CLOSE THE FRONT WITH BONING AT SIDES AND FRONT. SLEEVES SET OFF THE SHOULDER WITH A PIPED SEAM AND THE BOTTOM CUFF IN A TURNED UP RUFFLE.
PIPED SEAM AROUND THE WAISTLINE WITH LAGE FLOUNCED RUFFLE AT THE BOTTOM HEM AND HEAVY CARTRIDGE PLEATING AT THE REAR JUST BENEATH THE BELTING.
CONDITION: EACH UNDER ARM HAS FRAYED OPEN WITH THE FRAY CONTINUING UP ON THE RIGHT REAR SIDE ARM SEAM. A SQUARE OF COTTON WAS ADDED TO THE INNER LINING ON EACH SIDE TO STABILIZE AND STRENGTHEN, BUT I WOULD REMOVE ONCE A NEAT REPAIR WAS MADE. THERE IS A BROWN STAINING SEEN ON THE HIGH REAR BACK AND LOOKS LIKE A DRIP SPOT. INNER SKIRT LINING SHOWS STAINING THAT DOES NOT SHOW THROUGH WITH FOUR THUMBPRINTS OF BROWN STAINING ON THE BOTTOM LEFT FRONT SIDE JUST ABOVE THE RUFFLE.
REAR WAISTBAND NEEDS THE SEAM CLOSED AT THE BELTING TWO INCHES.
