Its short heating-up time means the Rocket 58 is ready to use particularly quickly, and thanks to its PID control via an external control panel, the brewing temperature can be regulated down to the degree and kept constant.
The commercial rotary pump draws water either from the internal water tank (2.5 liters; easily removable for filling and cleaning) or through a fixed water connection. The rotary pump also has the advantage that it works very quietly.
