This is a pair of Antique Split Leg Bloomers Open Crotch Pantaloons White Lace Handmade One Size. They wrap around with a 31 1/4" waist which is adjustable because of the ties, and they are 24" long with white islet at the bottom. They have no damage but do have a few small spots.
