Item Description

·  There are 4 sets of 12-18 inch brackets packed inside the carton box. ( Total of 2 Complete Mounting Brackets )

·   Each set includes 4 steel brackets and complete fitting hardware as shown in the main photo.

· The height of the bracket is adjustable from 12 inch up to 18 inch, the measurement is from the gutter channels to the bottom of the roof rack. The brackets are originally designed for Toyota HIACE commuter bus pre 2005 , High Roof, Toyota Coaster Bus, etc..

· The brackets can fit most of the roof racks in the market. However please check the diameter of the internal cross bars that should be 32mm. It does not fit some racks made of smaller round bar or square bar. Please measure your existing rack; the distance between the mounting holes should be 34mm.

·     Other sizes also available ( 4-6 inch / 6-8 inch / 10-12 inch )

·       We deliver to your validated PayPal or eBay address only. Please provide a valid contact number for courier driver to use.  

·       No deliveries to PO Box Addresses because of the bulky size.

·       Receivers need to assist courier drivers to unload bulky item to avoid extra charge $110 for tailgate usage.

·       Please report damage during transit within 7 days of receiving the item so that we can claim for you.

·       Express delivery for time sensitive cases is available at extra costs. The estimated delivery time on calculator in based on general road service only.

Installation Services

·       We provide professional installation services; Installation fee needs to be pre-paid to secure your booking.

·       Customers are not allowed to do DIY installation in our premises due to insurance policy terms and conditions.
