NO INSTALATIONS OF ANY KIND CAN BE DONE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PACKAGING AND THE ITEMS RETURNING TO US IN NEW CONDITION. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED IN SHIPPING. In addition, ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE MET TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND:
1. Product must be returned in NEW RESALABLE CONDITION, just as it was delivered. Products should be insured for full value through your chosen carrier to cover any damage sustained during return shipping. Products must be returned with all original packaging in place as well as with all accessories. CARDBOARD CANNOT DIRECTLY TOUCH THE FACE OF ANY WHEEL OR IT MAY CAUSE DAMAGE. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that all items are properly secured and packaged to avoid damage during the return trip. Any accessories should be packaged and secured inside the return box (lug nuts, center caps, etc). We will not accept returns that have been used or improperly repackaged. If an item is returned damaged NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED and you will be responsible for all shipping costs back to you.
2. Product has not had a tire mounted on it, has not been installed or used in any other way. IF AN ITEM HAS BEEN MOUNTED, IT IS NOT RETURNABLE. As noted on our boxes, you should have a certified installer TEST FIT one wheel on the front and rear of your vehicle, ROTATE 360 degrees, and check for proper clearances BEFORE mounting tires. Wheels are not returnable once a tire has been mounted.

Return Requirements
All orders are to be checked BEFORE they are brought to installers facility, before any tires are mounted on them, before they are mounted to a vehicle, and before installation of ANY KIND. Once wheels have left the original shipping address we can not get reimbursed from FedEx for shipping damage. As you can imaging the transit and handling to the installation facility as well as the installers can also damage wheels. Please have installer check wheels for trueness prior to installation of any kind. If their is any question if a wheel is out of round DO NOT INSTALL a tire on it. If you do not follow this protocol we can not honor returns or replacements. If there is an issue and you do follow Protocall you package the wheel up securely and we have Fed Ex pick up the product and once it get back we send a replacement. Before any item is returned you must fill out the Return Authorization Form. In addition, ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE MET TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND:
