Matted Original Picture called Frog Fan. Steelers Mug With Tree Frog On Side Signed.  Not in Frame but matted which is 11 x 14 size.  Picture itself is 8 x 12.  Signature is on Matt and not Picture so unless to mail just Picture.

Matted it does NOT fit in flat rate enevelope.
