VINTAGE COLLEGEVILLE HALLOWEEN PARTY COSTUME CONVICT KIDS SMALL. Costume may fit 4-6 year old depending on your child's size. This costume has been in our family since new for over 40 years! Does show signs of wear and has a few stains, snags and tears. Please look at all pictures before purchase! Costume was purchased in the low 1980's. Dimensions are: 21 inches long, 17 inches wide, the sleeves are almost 17 inches long, the pants are 9 inches on the waist and elastic allows to maximum of 12 inches. The pants are about 29 inches long.  The hat is almost 11 inches wide and about 5 inches from the top. I can send pictures upon request. There is a tear on the sleeve right on the seam where your hand comes out. There is a hole on one of the leg pants and it has a couple of small stains on the shirt.
