I will always do my best to describe items as accurately and honestly as possible. I do however miss things sometimes, particulary with pre loved clothing. What I do promise though, I will refund in full if I miss something including postage costs.

I am very approachable and will go out of my way to make sure you are happy.

A lot of preloved items come from a third party so they could need a freshen up or wash and iron before wearing. 

*Measurements are taken whilst garment is lying flat and unstretched.
