This is a footed relish dish holder with glass divided relish dish. The holder is marked MRRs and a little logo. Google tells me that MRRs is the mark of the English Silver Manufacturing Company of Boston and Brooklyn. The silver-plated relish dish holder is quite tarnished and in need of polishing. The heavy glass insert is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks.  It measures 11.25" x 8.5" and weighs over 5 pounds.
