Note: I describe the items as they are, give a detailed condition report and mention all damage, if any at all; I ask that you keep in mind that antiques and vintage items in good condition will usually show a small amount of wear, as expected, due to their age, which is why I may call something excellent condition, very good condition, good condition or fair condition, but I will not call something pristine or mint, unless it has never been used or handled and shows no wear, due to age and handling; I will ship within 3 days of your paying for the item, if not sooner; I will answer all questions, so don't hesitate to ask (there are no silly questions); I am happy to add more photos, though I tend to put the maximum in the listing, so as to show all the detail of the antique, jewelry or Art; when it comes to shipping, I usually pay for the shipping and if for some reason I have to charge - I only charge for a portion of the actual shipping charges (I don't charge for bubble wrap, insurance or delivery confirmation) and if we save any money at all on shipping, I will refund that amount to you; should the shipping cost more than you are charged, I will absorb the added cost and it'll be my gift to you; should something be damaged in shipment, all I ask is that you contact me right away and then take the item and it's original packaging back to the Post Office for inspection, at which time I will refund your money and make you whole, prior to my getting the insurance settlement (fortunately we pack everything extremely well).
