* RETURN POLICY *
Returns are considered only if the item was wrongly described or misrepresented. Most conflicts happen because the buyer did not completely read the description, examine all the pictures or ask questions first.  Refund requests for reasons that were detailed in the description and pictures will not be accepted. In the event of a problem, I will make an honest and polite effort to achieve an equitable resolution.
* DAMAGE CLAIMS *
If an item mailed USPS Priority Mail shows up damaged from delivery, pictures MUST be taken with the damaged item (and pieces) still within the packaging, and also of the shipping label (take at least 2 or 3 clear pictures), so I can properly submit the claim to the USPS for a refund.  Shipping charges are never refunded by the USPS, only the order cost.
