MaxDoseVits Cod liver oil contain on average 1000mg of cod liver oil which provides 

approximately 80mg EPA and 80mg DHA which are important omega-3 fatty acids. 

They also contain Vitamin A (2664iu)  and Vitamin D (200iu)

 Cod liver oil is a traditional food supplement and a natural source of the important 

omega-3 fatty acids EPA & DHA. 

Suggested use  As a food supplement

Adults take 1 Softgel  per day with water preferably at mealtime

Active ingredients per Softgel:

Cod Liver Oil 99.9% ( Retinyl Palmitate) 0-0.1% Vitamin A, 0-0.1% Vitamin D3
