WW1 Memorial Plaque

On offer is this replica WW1 bronze Memorial/Death plaque. This item is roughly half the size of the original, we do have full size replicas listed in our eBay shop. 

The Memorial plaque was issued after the First World War to the next of kin of all the fallen British and Empire service personnel. The family name would have been inside the box on the right hand side. This is now blank so your own engraving can be added if desired. 

This is of the highest quality, fully embossed and of very good weight (over 100g). It features intricate detailing throughout which is true to the original

The diameter is 82mm with a 5mm raised edge. 

Perfect to display in its own right or added to a collection. It would also make a very good Theatrical prop or teaching aid.
