**Postage And Payment**

All items are wrapped in protective packaging and sent in a protected box.

If you have a specific date, you would like your item to arrive, please inform us on your order page and we will do our best to make sure your item arrives.

Your parcel will be dispatched via second class unless you choose 1^st class service from the postage tab.

Once we receive your order, we will dispatch it directly to you or we can send it to the person you wish to receive your gift.

**Your Delivery & Shipment**

 

Your gift/item will be shipped by using Yodel or Royal mail 2^nd class service, depending on the availability.

Your gift will be dispatched within the time frame specified on the listing. It will be bubble wrapped, placed in a box, and will always be well packaged for safe delivery.

***We are operating as normal and deliveries are currently arriving between 2-4 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and the restrictions that are in place. 

 

(Working days are Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays- Saturday & Sunday are not counted as working days by delivery companies)

 

Please be patient with delivery and understand that the depots and their staff currently have a vast number of parcels to deliver and are working round the clock to offer good service whilst maintaining social distancing and following safety procedures.
