This $100 coin is 99.99% pure silver, with a diameter of 76.25 mm and a nominal weight of 311.53 g. The reverse design by Dominion sculpture Philip White features a wreath of 10 leaves that represent Canada‘s native Acer species. (clockwise from top right) The big leaf Maple, the striped maple, the Manitoba maple, the Douglas maple, the mountain maple, the Sugar Maple, the vine maple, the red maple, the black maple and the silver maple. The obverse features the effigy of her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Susanna Blunt
