If Your Order Does Not Arrive

We are regulated by Royal Mail's terms & conditions, and they require a waiting time of 15 working days for the UK, 28 working days for the EU Please note Saturday and Sunday are not working days. For other couriers, please contact us.

We understand the frustration that a delayed or lost item can cause but unfortunately, we cannot take any action until this time has passed. If you choose not to comply with our rules and peruse a refund by other means, regrettably you will be reported to eBay and unable to make any future purchases through our eBay store.

 

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, we will not refund you these costs. Please return goods via recorded delivery only. If goods are not sent back to us by recorded delivery and/or in case the goods are lost or not received, we cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained. If you are returning a very expensive item we advise you to send the product via a courier company or a Royal Mail service with extended insurance so you are adequately covered should the item be lost or damaged in transit. Can I return my item if I'm unhappy with it?

We offer a 30-day  money-back guarantee (starting the moment you sign for your parcel) excluding any postage costs. After 30 days your item will be repaired or replaced only.

What does a Tested & Working battery mean?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any warranty on batteries. Our tests are based on average use and are a guide only and may vary depending on use.

 

How long do I have to pay for the item I have won?

Although we prefer our customers to pay instantly, we do allow 3 days maximum for payment. If payment has not been made within 3 days, an item dispute will be raised, and the transaction will be canceled. At this point, the item will be re-listed. Only in special circumstances will you be able to re-purchase your unit. Please note that paying late for your item may cause a delay in delivery times.

 

If my laptop turns faulty and is still under warranty, can I get it repaired myself?

Your warranty is with EIS Group only and must be returned to us for repair. Unfortunately, we cannot cover any costs for any 3rd party repair work undertaken on your item should you wish to have it repaired elsewhere.

 

If I need a replacement part instead of a replacement unit, what do I do?

We will more than happily send replacement parts to you to save having to send the unit back for repair, however, we will only do so upon receipt of the faulty part. (Buyer responsible for return postage fees of a faulty part under Return to Base warranty agreement.)

 

Will the laptop I receive have a UK Keyboard?

All keyboards will be UK layout unless otherwise stated.
