Ordering: Please message us either through the checkout notes during the checkout process or just message us with the Embroidery Thread Colour and Font Choices on your towel order, if no font or thread colour is chosen your order will be done the same as sample photo, thankyou.

We aim to have your order in the post or with our courier within 4 normal working days of ordering, normal office hours are 9-am - 5pm Monday to Friday, order placed on the weekend will mean you'll need to wait till the next working day so please bear this in mind when ordering. During holiday periods this could be up to a week, if you are in a hurry please message us with the date you need your order by.
