The book is complete and all pages are in good condition.  The general condition is good with no significant flaws.

The hard cover shows very little wear, a rarity to see any cover from the early 20^thcentury!

The pages show some slight browning but no damage.

There is a personal message from my grandfather on the inside cover (pictured)
