• Payment should be completed after auction closing, unpaid dispute will be filed for closing auction automatically.

Shipping

• We have multiple warehouse we ship from east & west coast so parcel will be shipping from one of them.


• Package handling only takes 1 business day day at our warehouse, so please make sure entering correct payment and shipping information before checking out.


• According to eBay policy, we only ship to eBay address. Once your payment is completed, you can leave an eBay note or click the button named "contact seller" in your purchase history if the changes are needed before we send the product.


• If an address change is needed after sending your item, you will be responsible for any fees associated.


• Orders placed on weekend will be shipped within 2 days.


• FedEx: 2-6 business days; UPS: 2-6 business days; USPS: 3-9 business days.


• We only ship to the Mainland 48 states, and we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, FPO or APO addresses.

FREIGHT SHIPPING:

We ship to all lower 48 US States (No International Shipping) via Freight Carrier. Please allow up to 10-15 for final delivery after payment is confirmed. All shipments come with tracking information. Ship times may vary depending on your city and state, please be patient. If you have any questions please contact our store. Items ship in separate boxes. Delivery service is "threshold", carrier will bring the item to your door but you will need to take it further from there, this is an additional service that is free at no additional cost to you. All items must be inspected at time of delivery. Any damages must be reported at time of delivery and refused in order to process any additional return request. By signing and accepting the item, you acknowledge item is in acceptable condition, however, if you have a problem please contact our store directly as we may evaluate on a case by case basis. You must provide a valid phone number, email and address in order to complete your order as invalid information will case a delay in your shipment. Shipping carrier will call provided phone number with an estimated time of arrival, you are responsible to coordinate final delivery directly with the shipping carrier. Shipments that are non-deliverable due to incorrect phone number or no one home at the time of delivery may be subject to additional re-routing, return or storage fee's. Returns

• All of our items come with a 14-day return policy. We ensure all our items are new and in excellent condition prior to shipping. In the event that you receive the item that is not to the standards above, please contact us via eBay messages. All returns should be shipped with delivery confirmation.

• Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by "homespot". Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If you need to return, please make sure all packages are unopened carton and contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation.

• All NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 25% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the round-trip shipping fee. (E.g. you bought wrong model or wrong color).

• We ONLY accept the return for original package. Please make sure that item has NO man-made sabotage. Used items will not be accepted for return.

• We reserve the right to refuse any returns for objective reasons.
