BEFORE PURCHASE, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING

International buyers please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the

item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. If unsure about an

item, please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional

costs, if any, will be before making a purchase with us.

PROCESSING

Please allow for 1-3 business days of us processing the order before it gets shipped

out. Typically, if an order is placed on a Thursday, we will try to have it ready for Friday

shipment, otherwise it is deferred to Monday shipment.

We ship with Canada Post, therefore shipping does not occur on weekends and various

holidays. Starting typically the 15th of December, Canada Post no longer guarantees package

delivery before Christmas (I believe this applies to shipment throughout Canada only). Please

place your order in advance to allow for any delays.

We typically recycle packing supplies, therefor the packaging may arrive looking a little worse

for wear, or be in a totally unconventional shipping box (however that does not mean that the

protection of the item(s) is sacrificed, the utmost care is taken in the packaging process,

especially for breakables). If you are purchasing something as a gift from us, send us a

message and we will try to pick the best packaging available and pretty it up a bit. We

encourage any sellers that receive our items to reuse the packaging again, as it is a shame

for perfectly good packing peanuts and plastics to go to waste!

If you purchase two or more separate listing with us within the same time-frame and want

them shipped together, message us and we will see to refunding the appropriate amount of

the additional shipping fee(s).

If you regret your purchase and want it refunded, please contact us within the first 3 hours

of placing your order. Otherwise, if it is early on a weekday, there is no guaranteeing that it

has not been shipped out. Contact us, in any case.

POSTAGE

For postage we charge a general flat-rate fee (one for Canadian buyers and one for

international buyers), and attempt to purchase the postage that is closest to the amount

payed. That means that, when possible, we purchase postage that includes tracking, and

always purchase insurance if applicable (basically for anything 10$ CAD or more).

Postage type is also inconsistent in this case, ranging from regular parcel to expedited, to

express post. Typically the smaller and lighter the package, the better the postage. For

international orders that include a sizable product, that means that unfortunately there is the

chance that it will be mailed by surface mail. Please allow for a couple of weeks for delivery in

this case.

If you want the package mailed express and you think the postage listed will not cover it, or if

you want it mailed using the cheapest possible postage, please message us and we will

arrange something from there. If there is a significant amount of the shipping fee left over

after the purchase of postage (5$ CAD or more), we will refund you the difference.
