Would you like to ask for a price reduction?
Unfortunately, price reductions are not possible. We only sell at fixed prices. Alternatively, you can browse our current sales campaigns under our "Actions" category. Or you can use the price suggestion function for selected offers in our range.
What conditions apply to sales campaigns?
Promotional offers are only available while stocks last.
Special offers are only available if you use the shopping cart on eBay and process your payment with PayPal, direct debit or credit card.
If you return an item purchased as part of a promotional offer or request a refund for such an item, the amount of the discount will not be refunded.
How to use the price suggestions?
For our selected offers with a price suggestion function, only three consecutive suggestions are possible for technical reasons. After that, the function is no longer available for 24 hours and the item can only be purchased at the specified fixed price.
Is there more information about the item?
Our item description and photos vary by category and are limited. We always try to include all relevant information in the description. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to provide further details or photos afterwards. We therefore grant you a 30-day right of return to inspect the item and return it if you do not like it.
What to do if an item is defective?
If an item in your order has an unmentioned defect, please contact us exclusively via the eBay return form... go to the overview of your previous purchases and use the "Return this item" button. Then select the applicable point. Tell us what you want and add meaningful pictures. We will get back to you as soon as possible and try to find a satisfactory solution with you. Please note that issuing a partial refund will void your right of return and the return will be automatically completed.
What should be considered when making PayPal payments?
When paying with Paypal, the desired delivery address must be correctly stored in the Paypal account to ensure smooth processing. Subsequent changes are not possible, the order will be canceled by us in such cases.
Can individual orders be combined later?
If you would like to order several items from the Vite EnVogue range, please use the shopping cart function and place the items you want there. If you then click on your shopping cart, your selected items will automatically be bundled as combined shipping and can be paid for directly. A subsequent combination of individual orders can only be carried out by our customer service on a case-by-case basis.
How does the return work?
Please note our returns instructions included in the package and use our returns portal listed on it to initiate a return . To receive a full refund, return the item in perfect condition with our tag attached within the 30 day return period. Keep your receipt with your return tracking number until you receive your refund and please use this as a reference if you have any questions about your return. As soon as your refund has been made, you will be automatically informed by e-mail.
