A Halloween themed wooden plaque/sign with personalised names

Plaques are made from birch wood.

Diameter: 9 cm or 15 cm.

Item does NOT come with any hanging material.

Please leave a note with NAMES you require. You can also request a plaque with a hanging hole - please type up “with a hole” next to the name. 

It is important that the information within this box is spelled correctly, please check the spelling - your order will be sent as per the details you provide.

Orders without the correct information may be delayed.

Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable due to their personalised nature.
