The FV Blow-Off-Valve is a high-quality, new generation "Floating Valve" upgrade that replaces your stock bypass/BOV on your vehicle. Stock valves crack with age and heat cycling due to their low-quality rubber diaphragms, which can cause severe boost looks, preventing your turbo from reaching full boost and robbing you of vital performance. The floating valve uses an adjustable dual spring system, improving performance via a push valve structure and silicone diaphragm. The improved design makes spring pre-load less dependent on the ideal, while providing better response, increased valve travel, more airflow and added resistance to premature valve lift.
The FV BOV uses the same mounting and outlet size and position as previous generation RZ and RS blow off valves, making retrofits easy for older generation valves. Each valve kit comes with a custom flange adapter, making it a direct bolt-on for your vehicle, supporting a maximum of 430hp!
