TMNT Toilet Taxi Near Complete (missing paper flag and red tube).

Great condition except missing the flag. The flag pole is there,  the the paper flag has been torn off. First 2 pics show accuracy. The red tube is in both of those pics but none of the other pictures because it was lost, and now is found!
