Instructions

Candy may melt in bag at warmer temperatures; if this occurs, simply follow the directions below. **To Melt: In microwave-safe container or disposable decorating bag, microwave one package of candy at 50% power or defrost setting for 1 minute. Stir thoroughly in container or knead bag. Continue to microwave at 50% power or defrost setting in 30-second intervals and stirring or kneading until smooth and completely melted. A double boiler can also be used. Once candy has reached a smooth consistency, additional heating will thicken the candy. **Note: Never add liquids to candy. If candy is too thick, add 2 teaspoons vegetable shortening per 12 oz. of candy or Wilton EZ Thin™ Dipping Aid.
