New Deadman's Handle AIRFLO CONTROL HANDLE

An essential element in making the blast pot safe. Strong and reliable, our Deadman handle is able to cope with the most difficult conditions. It's fail-safe every time. Easy to change, solid, long-life rubber buttons complete the seal.

The dead-man handle controls the air signal to the remote control valve for activation and deactivation of the abrasive blast pot.

• When the handle is activated, the blasting process begins.
• When the handle is released the blast cleaning process stops.
• This allows blasting to be carried out at a distance from the blast pot and by a single operator.

Fully Automatic REMOTE vale, if you let go the deadman handle the pop up valve drops to stop blasting & to refil

Using glass bead for example or steel shot a honing process is possible to achieve a stress relieving process (F1 boys use these machines so as engines can be given more torque without breaking) in fact parts can easily be given an as new finish with this equipment.

The range of blasting materials you can use is massive from one of the many grades of Aluminium Oxide (I stock fine, medium or course grades)Ultimately one of the finest materials for stripping and very hard wearing lasts many hundreds of times

I stock at least 3 grades of Glass bead for the ultimate finishing of soft metal parts to give a bright almost polished finish in seconds - looks like it?s been sprayed with aluminium paint.

Walnut shells (safe fast stripping of engine parts as they burn dissolve if left in the waterways so no damage can occur

Chilled Iron (Heavy duty dust free fast stripping) - in pressure cabinets

Steel shot (Steel cast finish) - in pressure cabinets

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery of this cabinet is ex stock no order will be accepted unless a minimum deposit of 30% is paid. Delivery of any item will not commence until full payment has been received

Shipping charges quoted on all our listings are for UK Mainland only. Scottish Highlands and Isles incur surcharges from the courier and shipping times may take a day or two longer for remote locations, please contact via the ASK Question tab for an accurate quote. I also ship to Northern and Southern Ireland, as well as Europe.

Collections of products are from our Lytchett Matravers Warehouse Dorset. Please always call ahead of time if you wish to make an appointment to collect an order to give me time to prepare your order for you without delay.

RETURNS:

In the unlikely event that this equipment is faulty we will replace any faulty part or if a return is requested, all returns must include every items supplied, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.  Delivery costs and handling fees are not refundable.  It is the buyer's responsible to cover return costs incurred sending any products back and yes we will refund your money in full.
