Custom Canted Leather Sheath for 130 mm Victorinox / Wenger RangerGrip 78 / 79 / 178 / 179 One-Hand-Opening (Sheath Only)
This custom handmade leather sheath allows to comfortably carry the Victorinox / Wenger RangerGrip 78 / 79 / 178 / 179 One-Hand-Opening in various positions along your waist-line (right-handed): Hip carry (Strong side - 3 o’clock), Back Carry (4-5 o’clock), Appendix carry (1-2 o’clock).
Features:
- Ergonomic designed with cant angle is around 45 º (tilt forward).
- The leather sheath rides in the belt with forward cant angle of 45 º. With this canted angle, you can draw the knife easily, especially in Back Carry position. The cant angle also make the sheath seat on the belt with low profile, so the sheath go under your coat easily. It is suitable for outdoor operations or driving because the sheath not jam too much to you body or car seat while running or driving.
- Belt slots fit belts up to 1,5 inches (40 mm) wide.
- The sheath was wet molded with the real Victorinox / Wenger RangerGrip , so it fit perfectly to the knife, keep the knife stay tightly and safely in the sheath. You may need some effort to pull the knife out of the sheath.
- The sheath was made with 6-8 oz (2.5-3.2 mm) high-grade vegetable-tanned cowhide leather. We always use full-grain leather, the strongest and most durable leather, to make sheaths and holsters. It help the sheaths and holsters last for years.
- The color are available in Brown, Dark Brown and Black. We use Leather Dye Agents from Fiebings (USA) and Kenda Farben (Italy) for hand-dyeing the leather.
- Hand cutting, wet molding, dyeing and sewing. Hand saddle stitch techniques for durability. Edges beveled and burnished.
- All the sheath are finished with Leather Conditioner / Natural Beeswax / Sno-Seal for weather-resistant strengthen.

- We are selling the custom handmade leather sheath only, the Victorinox / Wenger RangerGrip is NOT included.
