Payment
Payments
must be made within 3 business days, otherwise and unpaid item case will be
opened on eBay. If you do purchase an item by mistake please contact us
immediately. We can only cancel the order before it ships, not after it ships. Ohio residents will be charged local sales tax. We accept PayPal
only in our eBay store. (This insures a safe secure transaction for
both the buyer and seller.) Please read the entire listing and make sure that
it will fit your specific application before buying. We are not responsible for
buyers who fail to read the listing before buying.
Shipping
We use
USPS and UPS for all of our shipping. We typically ship out within 1 business
day of receiving a cleared payment. If you would like a faster shipping service
such as next day or 2-day air please give us a call. We are not liable for
delays that are out of our control, such as weather, delays caused by the USPS,
disasters, or other unstoppable events. All packages do NOT include
insurance, you must contact us if you would like to add insurance. We are not liable
for un-insured packages that get lost or damaged, un-insured packages are the
liability of the buyer. We are not responsible for buyer mistakes!

Returns
Item may
be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days after item is received, NO
EXCEPTIONS.
No
returns on used items, clearance items (exchanges are accepted on clothing
clearance items only see "clearance items" for more information) or
large heavy items such as ATV bumpers, angle bars, tire racks, tires, etc. So
please read the listing and ask any questions before buying.
Item must
be in original condition & packaging with all tags attached.
Any items
that are open (if the item is in a bag with a hangtag or special packaging),
used, worn, missing parts out of the kit (such as screws/nuts/etc.), contain
smoke odor, pet hair or anything not in the original new condition will be
charged a 20% restock fee. We need to be able to resell the item in new
condition. If we have to discount the item you returned in order to resell it
then an additional fee may be charged depending on the severity of the
damage/use. In extreme conditions if the item is heavily worn no refund will be
given and the part will be thrown away.
All
baseball style hats must be returned in original condition. No envelopes or
flat boxes. No crushed hats will be accepted. Also please package all items
with care. If the item is received broken or damaged, due to lack of packing,
no refund will be given.
We do NOT
pay for return shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
We
strongly recommend using a traceable means of shipment for your returned items
as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Original
shipping charges are non-refundable.
CLEARANCE
ITEMS
No
returns on clearance items, all sales final. Clearance items will be marked
"Clearance" in the title and in the description. These items are
being sold at our cost or slightly over our cost (no more than $10 above our
cost). We lose money on every one of these listings especially with the 12%
ebay/PayPal fees and the free shipping so we cannot afford to accept returns on
these items. The only exception to this would be clearance clothing that can be
exchanged only within 14 business days of receiving the item for another item.
You will be responsible for return shipping. You must call us to exchange these
items. No clearance exchanges will be done through ebay.
International shipping
International buyers if
your package is returned to us because it was undeliverable, only the purchase
price of the item(s) will be refunded. The cost of shipping will not be
refunded to you. Taxes, duties, brokerage fees, import fees, and customs
fees on items shipped internationally are the responsibility of the buyer; they
are not included in the sale price.
First class mail can take
anywhere from 3-8 weeks. Priority mail can take anywhere from 8-12 business
days. At times things will get stuck in customs. It can be in customs 1 day or
weeks, I have no control over this and if it does get stuck in customs there
will be a delay. Please keep in mind high volume times such as Christmas will
also cause a delay in getting through customs.
We will not mark
merchandise below value or as "gifts". NO EXCEPTIONS!
International buyers if you
would like combined shipping please hit the “buy it now” button on all the
items you want. Then wait to pay until I have sent you a combined shipping
invoice. If eBay will not let you do it that way then go ahead and pay for all
the items and send me email. I will then send you a refund for combined
shipping via PayPal.
