Surge protector is in good condition with slight yellowing to plastic, and includes manual. Has been tested.

Not sure if this model is supposed to have a rotating base like some (it may be missing), but it has feet so doesn't slide around.

Has six outlets on back (with switches for each), and one outlet on side (not pictured).

Power cord length around 8 feet.
